Headache Triggers and Migraines

Headaches change over the years,very often getting worse because one will cause imflammation and it’s hard to keep from getting another one after that. It’s worse the more you have. Headache pain comes from the nerves in the blood vessels inside the brain and outside the skull and the muscles of the head and neck. Migraine pain typically is related to the nerves in blood vessels while tension type headaches are related to the muscles in the head and neck. (more…)
